When will my order ship?

We process orders between 2-10 business days.

Shipping time varies depending on where you're located. See list down below.

Shipping time:

  • Europe: 4-9 days
  • USA: 4-8 days
  • China: 5-12 days
  • Rest of the world: 5-10 days

Note: My shop will have period of delays during holiday season. Please email me if your order is urgent/a gift and I will try my best to ship it early!

What if a product arrives damaged?

If your product arrives damaged, please message me within ONE week of arrival. Attach a photo of the damaged item, your order number, and any other information that may be useful.

I need a refund on my order. What can I do?
